Max Ruttner has been working with CBRE for over two (2) years, originally working within the Victorian Retail Investments team in sub $50 million segment focusing on neighbourhood shopping centres and in freestanding retail investments. In 2017, Max joined the City Sales team. Max is responsible to assist in the preparation of sales and marketing campaigns, focusing on sub $20-million-dollar office buildings in the Melbourne CBD/City Fringe market. Additionally, Max also specialises in the marketing and sales of strata retail shops within the Melbourne CBD.
During his time at CBRE, Max has earned a reputation with both his clients and peers as a highly resilient and uncompromising professional. Max has begun representing a number of private
investors and high profile clients including Hengyi Australia, and has a keen focus on excellent customer service and achieving premium prices for his clients.
